thats not actually a "new" invention at all.. had similar technology back in the states 15 years ago.. forgot the brand, but they had a 'scarf' lookin dealie that you wore across your shoulders..

I got one of those already - It's called a wife!! Man when she gets going it chills ya to the bone. And that voice, man, it cuts straight to the bone. And there aint no way she's ever gonna let ya give her a bone!!
