geeks - internet apps training course?

One of my customers is looking to train a staff member to maintain their web site and e-shop.

Needs some html basics, bit of Front Page, FTP, protocols and a linking tutorial - on a PC. (which is why i don't do it)

    Could someone please:
Suggest a course, institute or suitable person to assist.
    Akl based.

    Tut,

People who don't know how to program and maintain websites! How backwards can you get!

But I've not been here long enough to know who to talk to, I'd imagine for something like that a basic course wouldn't be specific enough. You'd need someone to come round and sit down with him for a coupla hours and show him step-by-step how to do it.

I did a night school thing a few years back at Mt Roskil school on DreamWeaver and Flash (two seperate classes).. was 4 x 90min sessions (I think) and I found them in the paper. Can't remember how much it was, but got me started and learnt the basics to it

I work for a private computer training company, mostly corporate training so quite pricey.
They are running a Front page course in AKL in January, but we also do "one on one training" where the trainer sits with the student and covers what they need / want to learn.

    Our competition is ACE TRAINING

They also train front page and would do consults. They have some courses in December as well.

Good on ya for listing the competition as well, but you are right both auldhouse and ace charge like wounded bulls.
