What a bunch of pussies Stay on building site all day, especially the concrete pad, nice and reflective like... yeah, I'm lazy and I should use sunscreen...

Best ever was Hastings waterpark. You couldn't wear t-shirts, and I applied sunscreen in the morning, once only. I went mad for the next two weeks as the burnt skin de-laminated from my body.

At one point I was seriously contemplating running into a wall to knock myself out, from the irritation and lack of sleep.

Use sunscreen (and the other 3), even on cloudy days, it will still get you.

Being a freckling red haired thingie I have learnt the hard way that me and the sun are mortal enemies!!!! In fact went foolishly into battle at least 2-3 times every year until I hit around early 20's or so. I always lost

Now the only time the sun gets me is if I am moving between buildings and the like.
