Hell yeah - I'd like to see that happen too... wee problem is the nursey type on here might take that request as permission to get their needles out, and literally drain you dry...

    Head out to the beach.

Muriwai has BBQs, a Fish and Chip shop, a playground for the kids etc. Swimming too (who'd have thought...?)

Heaps of parking but the general inability to get completely liquored up and stay over (unless you bring a tent - there is a camping ground there - isn't there?)

Well you could always go out to Port Waikato or maybe up the Awhitu Pennisula. They have BBQ tables at the regional park and its an awesome ride out through the twisties. Takes about 30 minutes from Pukekohe.

    Good idea MDU

I have an annoucement to make! (Sorry for barging on in Weasel, but I feel it is important)

Custard and I will be hosting the annual "PISS UP IN THE PARK' formerly know as 'Christmas in the Park'. I am a 2 season veteran, as for Custard he has been goin since the early years.... so I would be keen to do the 10th only if it is morning/afternoon since we head off to the Domain around 4ish. Anyone else interested I will post a thread up about it........
