Dark red green or blue. Light enough so the colour is apparent, dark enough so it looks black at the glance of an eye.

Put some effect in it (metallic or one of the shade changing paints)...

I've always wanted to do that.

i just got given a compressor so i'm doing it myself

dark blue sounds nice...esp with the white rims
