I am only a newbie. I joined up in August after the death of a very special mate and a fellow KBer, who was killed on the Coro Loop. The support that his family and friends received from the KB family was amazing, and that I assure you will never be forgotten. I met some KBers at his funeral for the final ride. It was good to meet more people that loved bikes and enjoyed being together.

Since then I have met even more people and got to know some just through the KB Forum.

I enjoy meeting people and socialising. It's the friends we meet through our lives that makes us who we are.

I have been riding for quite a while (20+ yrs) and drifted in and out of several groups over time, I have really enjoyed the friendly banter and piss take of KB and met a couple of people who seem really good value. I look forward to meeting more of the same. I enjoy meeting and conversing with bikers young and old and from everywhere. This site has helped me to meet more people like me and learn more about what I love (bikes).
Long may it continue, thanks Spankme and Wari.

I joined because hubby was spending so much time laughing on the computer. The people here are fantastic, I always enjoy reading what everyone has to say :-)

I was at a new job, in a new city, in a new country was feeling very sorry for my self when I heard a bike pull up outside the office... Yay! someone I can talk to... he was a memeber of KB and once he heard I ride quickly suggested I join. Thanks Zed!

Met some amazing people here... friends I cherish and learned a lot more about my riding, the safety aspect particularly, been good over all.

yeah, OMGWTFBBQ has a point. I do like a good drivel rant now and again, thanks 6pb, indy, magua, ixion, owb etc.

I liked that since i was new to bikes (4 months or so) and I'm a geek I of course looked up bike sites and found these forums. I like the wealth of knowledge on here, the opportunity for events, the freindlyness and generousity of the people

and most of all, an opportunity to extend my e-penis.
I only posted this because of the global economic crisis

Arrow One of the house sergeons at work told me about KB.

She know that I rode a bike to work and wrote down the web address for me. The bit I like the most is the networking of friends that this site has offerred me. The new friends that I have made are awesome and the laughs are great. Also the wealth of knowledge is fantastic. Cheers Spank, KB is a great place to hang out.

I'm small compared to that individual mate and I'm actually shrinking as a result of your comments wanting to get fit. Cheers Winja.

Stumbled into it searching for bike pics and reviews.

The reason I stay here - cos it's easier to get away with certain things on the road if you're in a group................

Naah - the sense of community is and I've made a ton of friends in such a short time......

i like the fact that it's a kiwi site, and that a lot of the ramblings are really relevant. i've only met a few off here, but everyone's basically just a bunch of good guys and girls.
