Question Suggestions? Suspension setup '05 cbr600rr

    Hi guys,
I've seen some settings for the cbr600, '01, '02 & '03 and wondered if you could suggest some settings for me and the '05.

When I give her a handful pre corner the front ducks down (doesn't bottom out) and it takes a second or so to get back into shape. The bikes set-up is stock and im about 80kg's.

Any suggestions welcomed ( yes i know Dover... ride her properly )

    - Cheers Boomer

whos weight is the preload set for sensei???? its a completely individual setting...and affects a bike hugely depending on a persons weight.
Those magazine and internet quotes are about as useful as making them up off the to of your head

    set static sag...suspension 101

then work with spring control after...

they are as you say guidelines...but the best starting point is to set your static sag for your weight...
Don't take my post as a peronal attack...I respect you have been riding for a long time...but it sounds like a little learning wouldn't go astray for you...
