I guess when it comes to twisty bits of road like in the pics, you sometimes come to a section where you have a hundred or so metres visibility through the twisty section and just don't see the point of dogmatically staying to the left of the centre line...in a sense the whole road becomes yours during that enjoyable moment of riding!(not advocating dangerous driving here btw)
