may be anyone in the area over the next day or so, could swing by the spot (no idea where it happened), and ring the phone (as long as the battery is holding), and see if you can dig it up

Unfortunately me and texmo are the 2 stuck behind that cage!! Pity we couldn't put on a little bit of a show for the camera like boomer did (think it was boomer behind enigma51).

I'm not sure, but the cop said that texmo had said his phone had been lost further up the hill and I'm guessing that's why he was heading in the opposite direction to everyone else.

The corner in question is the 1st very sharp left hander approx 500m from the single lane bridge leaving Tairua heading for Whitianga. His wallet might be there, but it sounds like the phone won't be.

I'll be buggered if I would EVER ride with people that ride like that........

IMHO.... if a rider takes corners like that then they are either very lazy... or too incompetent to take the corner corectley, or maybe, brain dead

Were you there??? Do you know this particular stretch of road??? There was nothing in the slightest bit dangerous about cutting these corners as we all had a clear veiw of the whole road. All who were there can verify this. So get of your self righteous buzz and worry about yourself.:spudwhat:

Well 5 bins would tend to suggest that there's something majorly wrong with the ways in which you guys ride. Everyone has a right to an opinion so stop being so sensitive and get over it.
