Oddly enough, if someone would let me have one, I'm in a minority that is in a position to recharge the thing!
Reason is that there is only ONE fuel station in the UK that has the technology in place (Hornchurch in Essex). I live within 25 miles of the place - and as the ENV has a maximum range of 50 miles...
It is sheer fluke that station can refuel it - if the London Transport authorities hadn't been trialling fuel cell buses, then even that wouldn't be available!
