    Aslong as you enjoyed it that's the main thing. And those footboards/floorboards are indeed comfortable for long straight roads but they are a pain in the corners. They will almost always tap down.

    Shame I couldn't afford to join you on this one mate.

    yea u just picked the wrong 400 to race... besides... kind of hard for a rematch now...

    No one come to greif, sorry to sound so sombre but on the hill out of Tairua first few corners heading north saw a big group of bikes stopped with a cop in a Lux on Sunday afternoon, didnt see the Bird or any bikes i recognised so cant of been this lot!

    Was bloody hard work driving through there watching all the bikes come by having fun

    ummm, yeah, that was the Sunday KB ride that split in half at Coromandel.

    The only cop I can remember seeing was parked near the end of one of those tiny little towns after you ride through Thames! Cunning blighter...would have been more cunning if he had stationed himself about 10kms past the Coro hill twisties mmmm.

    Well,this was the second KB ride i have done and it was a great ride,great people,with the greatest weather.
    It was good to meet marty after talking to him on skype for some months,zed,jsg(hope yar tried keeping yar bum on the seat in the twisties,lol),warr,and the others who i cant remember,thanks for the good fun and safe ride dig

    So when did you take off Dig? Did you go back over the Kopu-Hikuwai hills back to Kopu & home or summat? The roads to Whangamata & Waihi were in outstanding condition, you missed a treat!

    Good to have you along, 2nd ride and all...
