    I know - I was there!

(And I'm sure the river was a distinctive yellow tinge downstream of the camp)

Well it looks like my course starts the Monday after the March Hare so it looks like I'll still be able to get to the rally after all!!

Now with being to the Magpie then the Glenorchy and with the Woodstock, Vincent, March Hare and THEN the Off The Rails at Middlemarch I'll be all 'rallied-out' by the time the colder months come around!

Hey Scumdog, or anyone else, when is the "Off the Rails", I've never heard of that one. Magpie, Woodstock, March Hare are regulars for me, thinking of giving the Vincent a go this year, but never heard of Off the Rails. March Hare should be an even bigger turnout this year, being the 20th.

By the way this looks like a good site, I only heard about it recently. It's good to see a forum with good local support. Hard to believe the number of posts some of you guys/gals have.

    Early April apparently.
    It's a nice wee rally.
Excellent roads in from the coast.

As idb says, it's early April at a farm near Middlemarch, a smaller but nice rally - weather is starting to get cold then so wrap up (couldn't read the speed advisory signs 'cos there was too much snow stuck to them).

Wonder if they considered having the rally in the middle of March?

Thanks for that guys. I shot down to the local bike shops at lunchtime today, but no entry forms out for that one yet. I'll keep an eye for one. Cheers.

    Off The Rails,
8th-9th April, yup just out of Middlemarch. Lots of entertainment including "jingle-bells" a special, standard shows and a Great Band, even have the Loins club in the morning cookng up the Bacon and eggs.

C-ya's all there. ( hint look for the nipple ring)
