ZX4R Bike Manual

Never got any kinda manual with my bike so know absolutely nothing about anything about it.

Anyone know if there's anywhere I can download one or something?


Nothing really major at the moment. Was gonna check the tyre pressures but not sure what they're supposed to be. And going to have a look at the oil as well... but I assume that bike oil is the same for all bikes?
