Someone please get my head all learned up about mortgages. I know nothing apart from; you have to save money forever to get a deposit so you can go to the bank and crawl around the Bank managers desk while he/she stubs smokes out on your arse and decides whether or not you can get a mortgage to buy a 3 room shack with no toilet next to the Mongrel Mob pad for twice the amount that it's worth so you can own your own "Slice of Paradise".
Maybe I'm not informed on the subject but that's what it seems like. Anyone out there know about this stuff?
