    Kia ora from Aus

I did get around to logging in last week, had to go ride http://www.snowyride.com.au/ so didn't have time to post :slap:

Orig from Dunedin but like a lot of others I had to go & have look at this planet "small init" Starting with a trip to oz for 5 years then a 6 week holiday in the UK that went orribly wrong......like, nearly 10 years working as a mc courier.
While there met SWMBO (An Ossie) & we now have an 11mth old bundle of energy.
So, 5 years ago ended up back here. My father & most of the rellies live in Dun so i nip accross the ditch from time to time.
For the last 3 odd years my ride of choice has been a 99 VFR

    Hello.........
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

    Thanks for the warm welcome
As for still being a courier...ummmm, sort of:slap: on 4 wheels.
Do you realise how long the license would last here, after being in UK.
I have enough trouble containing myself in the weekends etc

    welcome.

That Snowy Ride is the dogs kahunas isn't it. I did it on a VTR250 in 2001 and then a Firestorm in 2003... bloody great experience on some of the best roads in the world.
