Also what about steal disks, and stainlis steall disks.. I can get a good price on a disk from the UK EBC and its BILLET STEEL not stainliss??

OK - I'll give this a shot, even though I dunno anything.
Get standard pads - the sintered ones will be good if you're riding hard, but will take some time to get bitey if you're not, and they're not hot.
The s/steel disks won't rust like the billet steel ones, but the billet steel may give better braking, if they're anything like ductile cast iron ones. Either sort should brake your bike OK.

As I understand it, you use sintered pads on stainless discs, mainly to help them stop in the wet,& use organic pads on cast iron discs cause they stop good in the wet anyway
Putting sintered pads in on cast iron discs still works they just wear out the discs a whole lot faster
Anyone?, feel free to correct me if Im wrong
