I drive around Auckland and I encounter crazy dangerous drivers from all ages and races.

Some of the worst drivers I know are Asian, however some of the best are Asian too! It isn't the races problem, it is the environment they were taught to drive in, what was accepted as ok, and how they were inspected before getting their licenses!
I live in Howick, so see a lot of asian drivers doing stupid things, have nearly been killed by people of all races!
In fact, i had someone do a u turn across me on Pakuranga highwaythat drove into the side of me...how the hell they didn't see me i don't know...i sure couldn't see them come out of the sie road untill it was farrrrrr too late.
You can'e just balme the asians for bad driving...some of my kiwi mates are pretty damn shit...
Must say, some of the ASIAN IMMIGRATED asians around this area would have to take the cake tho...
