Common sense would have never been to let all the fucking immigrants into the country in the first place.

This, and the recent immigrant riots in france, is the best proof we've had yet that mass immigration from foreign cultures is a terribly terribly bad thing.

Absolute bollocks, all it proves is that people aren't prepared to accept differences.
Again it comes back to minoritys in every race causing the problems, the media gets the band wagon rolling and people jump to conclusions based on one sided stories.
Look at skinheads for example,again a minority group causing problems. These bloody idiots are not representitive of kiwi culture at all, yet the media give them headline time on t.v.

It looks like the above incidents come after a day of lebs being terrorised? I'm sure that you will find some of those fuckin dickheads on the news doing the same to the ethnic communities of Australia.

Are you trying to argue that the mass influx of british culture wasnt apalling bad for maori? I wouldnt go back and change it myself, but lets face it mass immigration of a radically foreign culture seriously stuffed up contemporary maori society

I do not embrace multiculturalism, as such, because I do not believe all cultures are compatible with non-discriminatory liberalism. I prefer a multi-ethnic, non-racial society, which has at its core a canon of values that include racial and gender equality.

Here he touches on something that I believe in with as much conviction as Zed believes in his god, that is that not all cultures are compatible, and that when certain cultures mix there will ALWAYS be conflict amongst them. It's one of the prime reasons why I believe immigration for people of "radically foreign" cultures should have severely restricted immigration opportunities in our society. To have an open door immigration policy is simply to invite disasterous culture clashes like this.

I haven't seen much media coverage but the coverage I have seen is shying away from the Lebanese gang problem; as if they're scared of appearing to justify the actions of the Aussie mobs.

On 'Close Up' last night a camera man got his teeth knocked out by the Lebanese gangs yet the guy who was hosting it only asked questions about the Aussies.

I am not in support of the beatings of innocent Middle Eastern people. Retaliation against gangs that have been terrorising people for years though...
