his fault - not operating the vehidle under reasonable control.

But let's face it - it's more likely to be a woman involved in something as catastrophic as that.. there will be a study somewhere to back me up... surely...

bottom of the 9th... the white middle class guys are down but not out, predjudice and injustices being thrust upon them at every corner... MDU's up to bat.

The feminist and PC brigade wind up... there's the pitch and MDU SMACKS it out of the park.

The crowd is strangely silent - unsure if they'll get in trouble for supporting, one side, the other or just standing there being a doofus...

    Arrow Simple.

Along with the other penalties, sell his car and give the money to ACC or somthing like that.
Those who insist on perfect safety, don't have the balls to live in the real world.

It's pretty disgusting what people get away with, last year some people in my town had spent the day wagging school and were at a drug dealers house all day, they thought it would be funny to steal a car and go for a drive. The boy driving had his learners and the other three in the car had nothing. Whilst on their drive they ended up running over a 3 year old girl who was playing on her front lawn. All that happened to them was the boy driving got his licence taken off him, even though he said that he never wanted to drive again.... This to me is bullshit! All he got was a slap on the hand and was suspended from school for like 2 days! And the poor parents of that wee girl didn't get any sort of compensation
