Hose pipe? Battery hose? Gladwrap? Liquid gasket?

I have used all those as temp fixes till I could go to repco and buy a replacement bit of hose.

thanks , ill try but i was going to use just garden style hose but where it fits on is right next to the frame so the hose is pre-bent but if u try and bend just any hose it makes the hole narrow

But proper fuel hose is quite thick rubber and doesn't kink easily. Bout $10 a metre at repco
