I wished I'd got a photo of the GN going hard down those straights... farking hilarious, ducked down on the tank, big mirrors hanging miles in the air over the rider. Cowpoos is soooo right - I was having fun watching Velox's wiggling backend (the bike you sick f***s), didn't realise until I got to the top that we were going at the same pace as that GN!!!

    Ah get over it.

But yeah - on that last corner I did step out a bit eh?! Heh.

That was awesome trying to race the 250 though! Woah. Just shows that it's not necessarily the bike that limits how fast/well you ride at all. Which is quite a freeing (although kind of dissappointing) thought for everyone on little bikes!

What the **** are you Wellington people taking before you go out on rides. Its either causing mass hallucinations or making you all ride like nanas. It would be a cold day in hell or some sort of mechanical failure before I'd let some turkey on a GN400 get past me.

Would have liked to have come down but know I would have got very wet on the way so pasted it up.

It was a GN250 wasn't it? And he was cheating, he started in front of us! And Velox's ass wingling was far too entertaining to pass. We might be slow, but we're still heterosexual!!

Dammit I missed out on the wiggling! Paying penance for owning a small bike apparently.

Maybe thats where you going wrong with your riding MB. Target fixation. You should be concentrating on where the apex and exit to the corners are not the butt of the rider in front.

So you were stuck behind a 250 and the 400 got away on you. I'd admit to taking the party pills or at least use it as an excuse.

    Just to clarify...

It was a GN250. But he was a top NZ road racer so that's our excuse!

Also, this "wiggling" that madboy speaks of is loosley based on the fact that I had a 'moment' on a corner where the back end of the bike got a bit active. But yes - we're all so funny today... Hang on that smiley isn't meant to be smiling - this is better -

WAS a top road racer. Jezz that could be anyone. Was it Len Perry or Ginger Malloy maybe Rod Coleman? Aaron Slight right? He's close

To be fair on MB I too suffered from this problem breifly going over the Parapara but managed to snap out of it.
