For sale...You could be a racer too!!!

    1995 Yamaha TZ125.

Its a fast bike (ported barrel) that handles well. Comes with a new bottom end, pretty fresh top end and some spares like sprockets and fairings.
Great bike to start racing on.
Want $3000 ono. I will also help you with your first couple of race meetings if I'm there myself racing if required.

    Happy racing...

Hi Leo - what's the story? Do you still have another bike to race? Noticed you weren't at Manfeild points round. Good luck with selling the bike. Lynda

I have 3 race bikes, it still leaves me with the '97 TZ125 (which I will never sell), and the RS125 which is my current race machine.
Will happily take a deposit and hold onto it for a couple of months, as long as we have a pay-by date arranged.
Lynda maybe you should buy it.....

Ah yes, now there's a thought.....but there's the power-to-weight ratio to consider....it would not be a good ratio I'm afraid!

sounds like a good deal is this the one you raced at vic club last year? if so it was pretty quick what is the difference between one of these and a RS what in your opinion is the better bike?

    Thumbs up

Away on holiday at the moment, so will have to answer most questions when I get home.
    But....
This isn't the bike I was racing last year, I used it as a spare bike. But I was using the barrel in my bike I was racing. Thats how I know how quick it was, it was faster than the original.
The barrel was ported by Rob Taylor, not sure to what specs.
As I mentioned in the ad, the bottom end will be brand spanking new (so new I haven't even quite got it done yet but will in the next couple of weeks), the top end will have less than 100 kms on it.
In my opinion, the TZ's handle a lot better, they don't feel like they're going to chuck me off at every opportunity, but the RS has a little more speed -(this could be just because my RS has had a "little" work).
Spares list, what the sprockets are and the pics will have to be done when I get back from holiday.
    Cheers

    Cool Leo is slack

Sorry I've been so slack. My boyfriend used the parts I was going to use to rebuild the crank on his bike, so am waiting for new bits to turn up.
The bike should be completely together and ready for photos in about a month.
