    Poms

    Hey all...

Seems the longer I'm over here the more I find that my fellow countrymen have come over here as well.

Just interested to know how many of us there are here and what was your main reason for picking NZ?

    Churs.

To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

Came over herw about 3 years ago.

The reasons for emigrating are many and varied. The short version is that we were sick of living in a country where people moaned all the bleeding time about anything and everything, but weren't prepared to get off thier fat lazy pasty white over-chipped and lagered arses to actually do anything about anything.

To be fair, Satan himself couldn't have designed a better system of red tape to stop anything positive ever being achieved, but mainly it was our fellow, mealy-mouthed, face-like-a-slapped-arse, what-the-fuck-you-looking-at, more-than-my-jobs-worth, semi-retarded countryfolk that persuaded us to make the jump to sunnier climes with friendlier people.

    Cool warm beer! yuk

As another "pom" there's nothing i like better on a warm day than going for a blat on the old ninja and getting back for a cold heini or 2.
The reason we came over was the climate and a more relaxed and friendly lifestyle, but did'nt realise just how good the biking was here.

I think this poll is aimed at immigrants. People who were born and grew up in the UK, but made a decision to move here.
