    Used Racetecs (Auckland)

I am about to replace my Racetecs off my GSXR750 probably a little early but I am going for a weeks holiday in the Coromandel on Wednesday and they will not survive the 1500Kms or so I expect to rack up there.

The front is a K1 and the rear a K2. They have about 6K on them but that includes running in and I ride like a nana. (See piccies not me, the tyres!)

Make me an offer via PM if you like (start at $50) and you could have them fitted at the same time I have them removed. You would probably have to slip the dealer (Mt Eden or Cycletreads) some cash for fitting.

Any concerns on the condition when they taken off i.e. internal damage then you can call the deal off.

    Sizes Front 120/70-17 Rear: 180/55-17

ah i like usd tyres , dont have that slippery cap to wear off... good to find them of a crashed bike, where its not intended that they be taken off...

    ah yes its a 180 55 17.. can i fit a 190 ?

    on a side note
this dude had a hog at new years that wasnt a vrod, was injected and had a spun alloy rear wheel with a 200 on it . was a nice harley, there were two others , both real late model, one had a whole lot of west coast choppers bits and s&s carb, all real blingy, could almost see myself on one........

To tell u the truth, i had a ride on another harley over my holidays, a 2003 fxdr (something like that) wideglide??, nice and cruisy, reasonable brakes too.. no baffles in the exhaust so it was loud as hell, but thats all part of it isnt

it was nice to ride, 120 felt like 170 on the zx9. Much safer... getting old,Never in my 27 years have i considered buying a harley...never thought i would, But one could end up in the garage in the not too distant future.the mrs liked it cause her knees werent so close to her chin. i cant see myself commuting on one tho, it would have to be purely a sunday bike.
