Phillip Island and Bathurst 2009

...now thinking out loud I want to do both this year and it seems that Bathurst is the weekend before the MotoGP at PI again this year and the dates suit me.

I am planning to do both. I can do this on my own which does not worry me one little bit but could save a bucket load of money if I can get a group of maybe 3 to 4 to go with me.

Anyone keen?

Look on v8 supercars website,think they had tours/accomodation up for Bathurst,or do as we did sleep in the falcon rental we had,was ok saturday night,parked it in campsite,showers etc all good.

I have wanted to go MotoGP -> Bathurst -> Indy Cars at some stage.

Me neither lol,but 3am and pretty pissed.

Accomodation is scarce as due to package deals/wholesale travel companies pre-booking.
