    I stalled it...

Got into a car this morning to check for a noise in a wheel - I got in and started the engine, put it into gear...and felt the engine stall - but it still kept going!!

Toyota Prius...duh! Had a good squizz around, looked normal underneath, but under the bonnet were warnings about high voltages, looked like the electric motor sat above the gearbox.Didn't go for a longer drive.

Tyre down to the steelbelt and they drove off.Next time buy a car with tyres you can buy - 165-65 x 15...not available.

As much of a petrol head as I am, I'd like one of those cars. Would make me feel better about my gas guzzling Ferrari.

Weird cars. Working on them is not my idea of fun.

Totally pointless if you do anything but around town driving. It starts sucking the petrol if you go over 50kmh to charge the batteries, so becomes a normal gas guzzler on motorways or open roads.
Should be popular in Auckland though...

So if you drive around town all the time the IC engine never runs?
