    First wheelie photo

.........ok very first or you first on a road bike. This was the first ever photo of me doing wheelies on a road bike 15 years ago. From that moment on I found the true showoff that lurked inside of me. I would like to say that the leg thing was part of a very stylish move but more than likely I was a) about to run into something or b)run into something.

Aint it funny how your early reactions when shit goes bad is to remove feet from pegs.

I've got a couple of old shots of me doing wheelies but don't have a scanner. Probably just as well as they're pretty pathetic. Got a couple of cool ones on board my old 82 YZ250 doing one footers and standing on the seat.

Nice one R1, they are classic shots! Yep, and diffiantly much improved!

For sure WT, never did understand the foot out thing either! I am reasonably new to mountain biking and bugger me if I don't stick my foot out on that thing when things go pear shaped!

Hey Aaron, I like your custom user title and I'm keen. Maybe you could come for a wee ride to Pukekohe this time?
