    You are right......... cow gut lining , its the offal truth, must have been part of the staple diet for alot of familys i guess, bit like mince, you can dress it up in so many ways but its still mince.

    MMMMmmmm....Oxtail soup!! I used to think it was a cheap meal but have you seen the price of oxtail in the meat section of your local supermarket?? Damn near as expensive as eye fillet steak!! Neck chops are nearly as expensive too.

    Now haggis i have tasted, lived in Vegas for many years, opening night of Camarons bar (think its closed now) haggis /pipes etc, well had a bit to drink by the time the scottish feast (not that fancy) come around, and it was yum, that i could do again.
