I think Dafe is onto a great idea... Skels... buy a 2nd hand SV650 / S, whatever you fancy... then at the end of that you can make a better decision.

    Reckon this looks pretty trick.
Can get a Cfibre screen from Eurodave for $125...bellypan from sportsbikesnz.co.nz for about $300. Powdercoat a couple of components black. Black renhtal bars...Flame stickers on tail section .

I think ive seen photos of such a device. While I may not need a screen I do like the Buell style one (Carbonfibre looks awesome), and makes the bike look a little more....brutal (not brutale)/muscle bike like. Not a clear plastic screen kinda guy .

I like the clear honda flyscreen. Because its so minimal it doesnt ruin the naked looks of the bike.

Essentially I like the concept. A bit OTT, but a muscle bike none the less.
    MT03 looks interesting...different class obv.

I was reading the "Aprilia Pegaso Strada" article in Kiwi Rider last night - interesting looking bike, properly not your taste though?

I like a couple of things about it though; the low seat height, integrated storage compartment and it's not too bad looking either. Not sure about the price $14,000 - $15,000.

Yeah, a bit 'adventure bike' like for me. Reminded me of the Triumph Tiger .

    Nice looking bike though.

    Or a good 400 - they're equally fast.
