That's what makes this site so different. It 'is' the cut and thrust, the debates, the pisstakes and the odd slagging. Most forums are full of people with the same ideas, ideas and still the same ideas. As soon as someone comes along that offers a different opinion or perspctive they pounce like jackels. It is as if they are unable to tolerate, deal with, or even acknolwledge that there are many and varied opinion outside of their own small world. And it's bloody sad, not so much as some are unable to digest different ideas but nearly everbody here agrees with what Spank has done. He's changed the rules after starting the game
Are Winj and I are the only ones who see this??

Thanks Spank. It is good to exchange ideas. Love a HEALTHY debate, but personal attacks bring the site down.

The guys this is aimed at (mostly) are the cowards who use the pm system to abuse personally those who don't agree with them and don't have the face to say so where everyone else can see. It has gotten out of hand (like the multiple personality thing) but it'll get sorted, it's just the sight maturing a little.

I totally understand where you come from Skyrider, and god help us all, Winja Cowpoos and Dover make sense too.

I'm not sure if any "rule changes" would stop this.

It's my fervent hope that if anything, we will now see more disagreements and discussion ON the forums, rather than OFF the forums, in the PMs, as Death_Inc said.

I got some of that myself today! I obviously pissed someone off, so they sent me some rep - but forgot to click the "I disapprove" button so I got green rep instead of red! I don't mind people disagreeing with what I say, but I do think being red repped (when they do it properly!) for having a different viewpoint to someone is pathetic. It's not like I am abusing them for their stance, I am just putting forward mine. I don't red rep people for having a different point of view to me, I post my viewpoint in reply.
