    Good lad.
Well there was the cop on the way to TRTNR last week (which didn't matter cos only 3 of us hardcore made it), then there was the numerous cops you see in the Hutt being a typical Thursday night... then there was that one up UH way a couple weeks before... and the one on the way back from that ride... where do I begin to apologise?

Might show up this time for the ride. But then again if Zapf is down here on his cb 900 that means theres a nice 'free' gsx-r 750 sitting unattended in a garage in auckland....

What's the weather looking like out the Hutt way?

It seems to be clearing slowly in the city, still overcast but it's dry at the moment and not much wind.

Bastards, bastards, bastards ... I hate you all!!!! Coming home from a job interview in Welly down River Road, see the fast crew go past just after I pass the Whakatiki St turnoff.

Then I have to stop at the Gibbons Street turnoff.

I'm in the wife's Odyssey ... and there's two dozen kiwibikers on the other side of the intersection....

I just have time to wind down the window and shout "You lucky bastards" and they're off in a howl of revs ...

and one FZR with its front wheel a good four feet in the air.

    Nice one Drew.

Big brother would have been proud.

At least there's still one irresponsible Mair boy representing down here...
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.
