Pass it this way... No one else would take it - it's only a four speed.

Either that or take corners faster...

I guess I'll have to apply to become a member of this elite club.
Either that, or kick ya butts on the track....then after you walk away with sore butts, you won't be able to race so Nasty and I can win by default.....oh bugger, just given away our race strategy...

That would be a really long pipe. If that sort of thing works I might try it.

Anyone got an old spare A100 motor lying about?
THE A Needs a heart transplant by the look of it
Should be good after that tho.
Maybe just an oversized piston will do it but the scuffing on the barrell may even be too deep for that...

Pity those old barrels didn't have very rounded transfers else you could have bored it to 125cc & run a 24mm carb, which it probably has anyway. Being Iron all the way through means no liner to worry about. Piston choice should probably be old suzuki as they have single transfers so the ring peg position would suit.
Don't you look at my accountant.

Just find a piston which is modern with a thin ring with the right size gudgeon pin. Pete Sales can relocate ring pins. I have had him do it plenty of times for me. Then just machine the barrell or make a spacer to get piston/barrel heights right. Be careful of finished engine capacity, don't want to end up cheating.
