3 tonne is quite heavy, probably need to upgrade the rear shock.

    It's an 89 ZXR250 with a Honda GL145 motor.

And I need a 'good looking' bike cos I am slow. That's why I polished it today, and fixed the brake lever.

Looks heavy...I'm sure it doesnt really need twin disks and upside down forks, especially riding around those car parks you lot have?

Of course the fact I PMed the previous owner who replied "nah, not really selling it, just kidding with RG100!?" , has nothing to do with it......

Thats something haven't been able to understand abou the NI bikes, why use a full size 250 chassis with stock wheel base, twin discs and all the crap when you race on such short circuits?

personally I'd be looking for something lighter and shorter

    They do look good though

Yeah I know the little chassis are better for the car parks and I know what you guys are on about with weight my AX 100 is in a ZZR250 chassis and has had the sub frame lightened and had as much shit taken off it as possible and it weighs a tonn!

I still prefer my RG50 chassis which is short light and slow, I just need to get some new jets for it to alter the jetting when you rev it you hear it bog like it is drowning in fuel I want it to sound crisp and be able to leave the corner full throttle

You're right Gav, it is heavy. This one is for the bigger tracks and I have the AX100 for the smaller tracks.

    Smart eh?

to be honest i think the zxr145 is the better bucket of the 2 the four stroke is nice fast and reliable engine the ax as you know has gear box issues etc I like my AX but still prefer my XL125 engine
