The Chassis has now been altererd to suit the XL100 engine, mounts the lot, engine is mounted in frame, tank fits on YAY...
And now the chassis is running RG50 front forks, brakes, and wheels so aka a whole RG front end, Just got to build a fork brace now.....
Rear wheel is a RG50 rear wheel just had to make some new spacers for the rim to fit properly.........
Shes startign to look good am now just on the lookout for a XL/XR/GL header pipe so I can make my zorst system......
and now just wire up the points ignition system and she will be sweet Hoping that by the weekend I will have bike going but dont know as I need things like a spark plug and really a top end gasket set

I think it's going to be yet another stillborn bucket... Especially now the series is over until February. I'm betting you'll pull it apart out of boredom. Prove me wrong.
On a different note: I have some unusual two stoke chamber design software. It doesn't use the same inputs as most that I've found. I'm going to build a chamber for the AX with it and see how it goes. If anyone is interested in a design PM me. The inputs required are:
- two or three stage diffuser,
- Target BMEP (GP=12, Enduro=8)
- Exhaust port effective diameter (mm)
- effective diameter at the barrel flange (mm)
- distance from piston face to flange
- exhaust port opening angle (deg ATDC)
- Peak hp revs
F**K mate buy a Loncin and be done with it.![]()
