I've been accused of cheating before, after an Ohakea GP. After the race motors from the top placed bikes were partially dismantled and measured and looked over. The scrutineer of all people took one look at my reed valve and started making all sorts of noises. It wasn't illegal and some others sorted it out for me.
All my new stuff, which isn't so "new" after all these years, is really pushing the rule book but is still totally legal. A "quick" measure of a few things will have people squeeling about rules and cheating.
Actually now that I'm home alone I'll be talking to my "Ace Alloy Welder" mate tomorrow about finishing fitting the motor into the RS chassis.

Point is - make absolutely sure that you have really read the rule book and understand what is written, not what you think is right or wrong, and that what you are looking at is actually what it seems before going off making accusations.

Of course if the bike is a slow old dog who cares.

Thats Sucks I dont class you as a cheat I class your bike as a race bike,
Its fast I know but thats the fun of buckets, building something fast.
I even know that your bike runs well for two laps then It starts overheating which instantly stuffs your jetting up so your bike is fast for a quick burst then thats it.

My dad got called a cheat a few years back for running a Aprillia RS50 this guy said he was cheating because of it being Italian
