					 as spud says - watch the food intake - i put 12kg on in the first term - had to lose it all in the second, and running the hills round porirua at 110kg hurts!  toi think i got down to 85 for ironman after that!!!  i found that 110 was good for going short and taking guys out - they don't tend to get up, but 85 (and fit) was good for going long and foot chases over fences.  still got injuries from corrogated fence tops - looks like i slashed my wrists.
