if it were me wouldnt get such a damaged bike esspecially if its your first bike. they become a hassle real quick

Well, at least all the plastic bits have been broken off first. The old story, it would only cost a couple of grand to replace all the bits, but it has devalued the bike by twice that.

The bike can't devalue much more if you crash it again so its a perfect learners bike.
