My new party will advocate the following roading rules.

1. all drivers will undergo driver ed training during school.
2. all vehicles will be insured, no choice in the matter
3. all boy racers cars will be confiscated and crushed, none of this 28 day shit.

I think #1 is pretty brilliant - start 'em young so that they can make 'informed choices' when they come of age. Afterall we get sex ed' in primary school, right?
