    Slipstream's Procrastination Poem

It's been a while since poetry I have typed
On this magnificant NZ biker website

Some will be glad to see my return
Some will wish that I would burn

    But as usual....

There is an assignment to be done
I rather start, with a little fun

The weather here has been mostly fine
I've been doing "stuff" with my precious time

For those who know them, the girls are fine
They escaped to Ork-land into some sunshine

I still want that white collar, cellphone and pager
Studying at Vic, BCA degree, triple major

But most interesting, was me on a dirt bike in some trouble
Having a go, jumping over some beach rubble

But as I am avoiding my assignment for ECON 140
What's been happening? What's going on? What's your story?

I wait with my baited Butterscotch breath
(For those with insult .... I'm sorry, I'm deaf)

So drop me a line, or post here and respond
If I don't reply, I will, with my next log on.

    BTW.......

A man walks into a Dr's office saying:
    "I'm a tee-pee. I'm a wig-wam. I'm a tee-pee. I'm a wig-wam."
The Dr's gestures at his couch and says:
    "Sit down you're two tents."

    Nice!

    Oh, and welcome back!
It's just one of those days, where you don't wanna wake up,
    everything is fucked, everybody sucks,
You don't really know why but you wanna justify ripping someone's head off

G'day Slip. Nice to see you are still around girl. Take care, ride safe and enjoy
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

but ... but ... Friday night is Monster Garage night
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

    No worries Lena.

Actually, after many years of Playstation (I was an early adoptee of this technology, spending $650 on the playstation within days of it coming out, when all my mates were buing 3D0s... remember them) I have a pretty bad case of Playstation thumb, so I keep away from them now.

Besides, my PC plays games better anyway.

I'll pass on your message to Gini.
