    New Job

I've just started work at AMPS. Now I know I've taken the piss out of Harley riders before, but they're the best customers a bike shop could have. It's blown me away with how much they spend on all sorts of stuff, No wonder Harley makes more out of accessories than bikes.
    This isn't a brand, it's a religion.

Congrat's on the new job, Lou. AMPS is a pretty cool dealership with some good franchises. You'll have a ball. Are you in sales or accessories?

Wenier, you couldn't knock over a pissed, one legged tramp! You're about as skinny and intimidating as me

Geez, move around a bit huh,did you put your last job on the CV? Every week now someone comes around selling a CV boot gun - I'll wait till the dust settles and prices are realistic.

I don't know how, when, where or why the whole Harley thing happened - just marketing and the time was ripe I expect....but for guys like Ray and Shaft who had a declining buisness in a neish market,it fell into their lap at the right time...and they've taken off running.

Congratulations Lou. Hope you enjoy working there. Of course you'll be too busy selling HDs to have any time for letter-writing now...

    In sales I guess?

You'd be up for letting the occasional restricted-license Kiwibiker member have a go on a Buell, then?

I must pop by for a drool sometime and see if I can nab you and say hello.

Now, Lou, as you may be aware I'm in need of a replacement for my defunct GSX1200.
What sort of special deal can you do me?

Thanks Guys, I'm in accessories and rentals. But I'm sure they'll do a deal for KB'ers.
Motu, the Petroject thing didn't count. It turned out nothing like I was told. I may as well have been selling vacuums door to door.
