    big shoutout of thanks

Big shoutout of thanks to you guys...

Bike wouldn't start yesterday morning, but I went throuigh logically and found and identified the problem

    Petrol
    Air
    Spark.
    What you guys taught me.

Petrol tank was full, all cables seemed to be ok, EFI check was showing no errors.

Air .. nothing I can do about that really..

Spark. Well the starter isn't turning over, checked battery voltage (dunno why, the lights were bright) and connections, the kickstand switch. I was about to give up and I remembered...

So no only does the switch below the kickstand stop the engine, there is a cable from below the clutch so you have to pull in the clutch to start the bike. If it is unplugged, bike won't start.

Not sure how it go unplugged but it is taped on securely now.

EDIT : If you super-helpful techie ones post a reply, I'll give you some rep for it.

The old Savage that I had, had the same problem. Bloody switches all over the show.
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them
