    Support a GP Racer.

I read K14's race report today (http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...ad.php?t=23627) and was deeply impressed. Kirk has always written fantastic race reports, made titanic efforts to get to race meetings, and offered encouragement to other racers.

I know that there are other racers making the same type of efforts both racing and supporting their racing mates, but I think K14's heroic efforts to improve and push boundaries, followed by an equally heroic effort to avoid a fallen competitor deserve a bit of recognition.

I've canvassed a few people and managed to get some stuff donated to auction off on KB, so we can help with repairs.

Very Special thanks to Quasievil (bloody saint, that bloke) for donating a back protector and a pair of gloves, fantastic quality products both.

I'll fire up the auctions separately as the stuff comes in, and maybe K14 can at least get some new tyres.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Geez guys, I don't know what to say. Very overwhelming to see this happening. Very much appreciated, every little bit counts.

Next meeting is paeroa street races, so come and say hi if you're there.

Also big big thanks to Quasi and TonyB, going well beyond their call of duty. Their generosity is awesome. Thanks guys.

Good shit Jim, yip I have watched the skinie runt knowen as K14 from his 1st spin on the track.
I think that there are a few KBer's that need to be mentioned, Diesel Pig for putting k14 on the track with his own bikes (k14 managed to root his RS and de nacker himself on the TZR)
Kickaha for giving advice to K and pushing him along, as have others.
Considering that a year ago k14 had only ever ridden a scoot his VT250 and CBR250..... his riding ability was duely noted to the point I had no problem giving him my VTR1000 to him for a strop round the back blocks, also this would be the reason that DP offered him his bikes.
Great effort K keep it up, love the pit temper too lol after you get pushed off the track you should be a Ginger and now that you are about to enter the real world, with a proper job... we shell see how you improve from here on.
    Congrads k14
    cheers DD
