Well done on the pics! My hubby was green looking at them and wishing he'd been able to come. Thanks heaps to Uncle B also for organising the day, big ask really to take out a bunch of us newbes , but you did great. Would definately be in for this being a monthly ride or something, count me in!!

hsvboy06 - you OK now mate? Any lasting damage to yourself or just the pride and is that healing now too?

Were my comments on the other thread http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...783#post492783 of any use to you?
    Cheers

When are you doing another ride on this route? What was the pace of the ride like (would I be able to keep up)??

Pace of the ride was OK for FXR150s so you'd be OK on yours when the next ride occurs. You don't ride over 100km/hr do you its against the law eh!! Uncle B was positive he would do another one soon.

Yeah, I'm fine. Pride and confidence a little dented, but I'm sure those will recover, too. The bike might still be sporting some scars next time you see it. Yes, your comments (and everyone else's) were appreciated and hopefully have taken up residence in a prominent place in my brain.
