    Wanted- Carby!

I'm after a bigger carby for my honda CG 125 engine.

Aparently a XL125S carb is a good upgrade, does anyone have anything like this for sale?

    Cheers,

    Sam

How much is it? How many mm?

I'll have to measure it against mine and see if it's bigger

Try a GN250 carb, couple of us run them on our buckets and they work good

Horses arse they work, they contribute towords owning a handgrenade. Stick with the Honda carbs they are simple and work. You wont need to modify the inlet manafold etc. Last season I ran a standard Xl125s using a XR200 carb and jetting. Its now a 150cc and all i did was change the main jet (up 2 sizes). Most of the later model CDI Honda carb's will be the same just jetting will differ. Honda has running these carbs on xr200's for 25 years (75cc more than your running) if there was issues i think they would have fixed it. The grass cart guys running serious XR200 motors put late model xr250 flat slides on. If you need a carb go and see the dude at KG M/cycle Services on Wordsworth St, Ph 366 8653 he builds fast grass cart motor he will have old honda carbs (dont pay too much). Good luck, any jetting issues PM me. Lets see another honda bucket going!!!!!!
