Looks nice. I'd have thought that they could probably squeeze a little more than 9.7 kW out of a 4 stroke 125 though? My 17 year old CBR250 has/had ~33 kW.

You also have to bear in mind that in the UK/Europe, there are also power to weight restrictions in place.
So whilst Honda could probably squeeze more out of it, they're restricted legally to what they're allowed.
The UK learner motorcycle specification is an engine size of up to 125cc and a power output of 11kw (14.6bhp).
