I would like to pass in another vote of people giving my generation a bad name. I would have beaten the snot out of them, as my dad would (try) with me if i did it.

Unfortunately the only thing that will provide a deterant (sp?) is the locals giving them a hiding. But it won't happen.

This true. Both times. Or at least it will not happen untill a local gets killed by one.

There was a time when wooden lamposts were usefull for rubbing faces on. Worked in A and E at the local hospital years back as an orderly. This guy came in with a splinters all in his face. Found out later from the cops that he'd been caught trying to steal a car. Splinters up his nose, everywhere, a real mess. Just not nice. Might be the way to go with these fuckers. Anyone know where there's some old splintery poles??

Well done Jim ... that's sterling work. Both removing the hazards, as well as letting the cops know who the little shits were.

What makes you think the council / Transit had placed signs there in the first place?

Don't know about the wooden poles but I know that when you get someones head stuck in the concrete ones it cuts the hell outta the sides of their head.

Step1: Push said moron through giant triangle-ish thingees in the posts.
    Step2: Punch face upwards.
Step3: Point and laugh at said moron crying about being stuck in a concrete pole.

Morale of the story - don't throw bottles at my baby.
You only need two tools in life:
Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't.
WD-40 if it doesn't move and it should.

Brute force and ignorance always prevails.
Failure comes from too little brute force, or
    too little ignorance.
