Not necessarily, 80,00 servants for one man and 72 wives - should be enough to go around. The servants will be hard pressed to find enough work to do, the wives wouldn't even have to put the fucking seat down!

Have you ever tried rationing out 72 virgins over infinity?

Because the limit of the rate of virgin-tupping over time as time approaches infinity becomes zero, so therefore it doesn't matter really how many there were. Even 5,000,000,000,000 wouldn't be enough.

The only scenario where the rate of virgin-tupping stays constant over time is if the supply of virgins is also infinite.

There is also the point to consider, that you can double the effective number of virgins at a stroke by just turning them round! Unless of course they're Catholic, in which case the effective number of virgins would remain the same. Then it gets too metaphysical.
