Reference "library"

Just an idea, but I would find this extremely super duper helpful, and that is to have a forum where you could have tech/mech data on bikes, as a quick reference when doing maint' on ya ride.

As an idea (just thinking out loud here)

Forum called "Tech-Mech"

A thread gets started called "Suzuki DR250"
I then post a reply to it titled "1982", then post all the crap I know about it like valve clearances, wiring a kill switch, cam chain tensioning guide etc etc.

All new info for that year/bike get posted into a thread for additions to the master thread, and the mod cuts and pastes them into the master thread for that bike.

Admittedly this would be a huge forum section, but could yield massive results for the home repairer.

As someone with absolutely no mechanical aptitude at all it seems a good idea to me ( but then I'm not the target market am I )

I'd support it, for one. And also, as soon as the gixxer thou thread goes up, thats half the site catered for in one go
