    happy birthday rashika!you rock girl!

    Big Birthday shout-out to one of my oldest and bestest buddies... We have been mates for about 22 years and yet the only time we have ever lived in the same city was in London! We got our first 2 tattoos together, we have partied hard MANY times, done a few HD rallies over the years and been there for each other in the hard times.
    Happy Birthday G, yr a true mate.

    eggs, avocado with fresh ground pepper, smoked chicken and roasted pinenuts....YUMMMMMMM......oh and a piece of dark choc to finish it off
