Anyone got a Honda pin spanner I can borrow?

    Hey guys/gals,

Has anyone got a Honda pin spanner I can borrow by Saturday Auckland area? I am going for a ride on Sunday and I want to soften up my rear spring preload a couple of notches but don't have a dam Honda toolkit.

    Cheers.

You can use mine. It's the one that came with the bike.

PM me if you can't find anyone closer.

I wonder if the pin spanner for the RVF will be the right one.. Part code 89201-MR8-000 , you could get one from www.econohonda.co.nz . But not having a cbr1000rr handy, I can't tell.

Are you sure it's a Pin Wrench/Spanner you mean and not a Hook Wrench?

If you can't get any luck, try these guys. It's where I get good tools from. The Facom Hook Wrench I got from them suits nearly all bikes and was only $50.

And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Cheers Riffer. Yeah people call them different things I guess. Its called a pin spanner in the Honda owners manual.
